Delete your account
EasyGate mobile app · last updated 20 September 2026
You can delete your EasyGate account yourself, from inside the app. If you no longer have the app installed, you can ask us by email instead.
In the app
- Open EasyGate and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Open My Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
The account is deleted immediately. You are signed out of every device at once.
By email
Write to it@jpjets.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my EasyGate account”. We verify that the request comes from the account holder and delete it within 30 days, then confirm by reply.
What is deleted
- your name, email address, phone number and profile photo;
- your approximate location, and your permission to share it;
- your devices' push tokens, so no further notification can reach you, and the notifications already in your in-app list;
- every signed-in session, immediately.
What may remain, and for how long
- Chat messages you sent leave their rooms 24 hours after you send them, as they always do, so nothing you wrote stays visible to other travellers. Our moderators keep a copy for looking into reports; ask us to remove yours — say so in your email, or ask a moderator. Your chat identity is removed with the account either way, so nothing is attached to a profile anyone can open.
- Reports and moderation records about an incident are kept while they are needed to keep the chat safe.
- Usage counts (which guides were opened, what was searched) are not linked to your account and cannot be traced back to you; individual events are deleted after 90 days in any case.
- Airports you downloaded stay on your own device until you remove the app or clear its data.
- An empty record of the account is kept so the email address can be used to register again; it holds no personal details.
Deleting the account cannot be undone. Your favourite airports and your chat history in
the app are gone with it.
